Scrap rates shown before pickup are reference/current configured rates. The final payout is based on verified material, accepted quantity/weight and the rate snapshot applicable to the booking workflow. The customer receives a final amount for approval before payout.
Pickup timing can change because of route, vehicle, material category, safety or operational constraints. Customers should provide accurate pickup information and should not include prohibited or unsafe material without prior acceptance.
Digital receipts, support records, warehouse inward and other transaction records form part of the service audit trail.
