Jabalpur E-Waste Cleaners uses customer details such as name, mobile number, pickup address, selected materials, pickup location when voluntarily shared, weighing/payment records, support messages and app/device identifiers only to operate pickup, payment, warehouse, support, rewards and service-notification workflows.
Access is role-based. Production deployment must use HTTPS. Payment, inventory and transaction records may need to be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or applicable law even when a deletion request is received.
Push notification device tokens are used only for service notifications and can be invalidated. Location is used for pickup/partner navigation features when permission is granted.
